Subscription plans

TakeTurns offers three subscription plans: STARTER, PLUS and ULTIMATE.

People invited to Flows are registered as free invites. They have access to all the STARTER plan features but cannot create new Flows.

(1) Maximum file upload size

When uploading files or file revisions in TakeTurns, you have a maximum size limit for each uploaded file. Please note that in a given collaboration, this maximum file upload size is determined by the plan of creator.

(2) Storage per user

Your TakeTurns account has a maximum storage for documents and files you share with external parties. Only the files that are shared in the collaborations you’ve created are counted against your quota. When a collaboration is closed, it will free up space in your account.

How pricing works?

TakeTurns is priced per user who has access to all the features of the plan:

For a STARTER plan, as it is a single user plan, only 1 user is charged per plan
For a PLUS plan, cost is based on the number of user added to your organization. Learn how to manage organization and users.
For an ULTIMATE plan, cost can be customized to your needs.

TakeTurns is always free for people you invite to a Flow, whether they are in your party or the other party. For example, if you invite a colleague to a Flow, but this colleague doesn’t have an account under your organization (he is a free invitee), he will not be charged but won’t have access to features such as create a Flow, add a ghost or recall a turn. You can add him later to your organization to give him access to those features.
