Change participants' roles

At any time leaders can change the roles of participants in the Flow. This will update their role (and permissions). Learn about participant roles.

How to change a participant’s role

1. In a Flow, click on the Participants button

   

2. Next to a participant, select the new role in the dropdown list

   

Note: A Flow needs to have at least one leader in each party. For example, if a party has only one participant, they have to be a leader.
