Participant roles
Each participant in a TakeTurns collaboration has a role that gives them specific permissions. There are four roles: Leader, Contributor, Follower, and Ghost.

Roles in TakeTurns
Leader

The leader has the most permissions. There is at least one leader for each party. Only leaders can end turns, manage participants, or close/reopen the collaboration.
When you create a collaboration, your role is set to leader for your party by default. When you invite people in the other party, make sure to set one of the participants as Leader.
Contributor

A contributor can add or update content in a collaboration but cannot end turns, manage participants, or close the collaboration.
Follower
Available in plans | FREE INVITEE STARTER PLUS |
A follower can only view the content of a collaboration or chat with participants but cannot make any changes to content.
Ghost
Available in plans | PLUS |
A ghost participants are visible to their party, but invisible to the other party. The ghost has the same permissions as a follower, except they cannot chat.
