Edit your profile

TakeTurns uses details from your profile to identify you in Flows. Accurate details help other participants in your Flow recognize you.

Currently, your profile is made up of these elements:

• Your Name - First and last

• Job role, or function

• Job title

• Email - This is the email that will receive and send TakeTurns invitations

• Password - set or change your password

To edit your profile:

1. Click on your Avatar in the upper right-hand corner. If you’ve logged into TakeTurns via a service (e.g., Google, Microsoft) the avatar will be the photo or icon you chose for those services.

2. Choose Profile from the menu

   

3. Click the pencil icon next to the element you’d like to edit. This will turn on editing.

   

4. When you’re done editing click out of the text box and TakeTurns will apply the update.
